From Clavis Canonum

Paris, BnF, lat. 12097 is the only extant copy of the Collectio Corbeiensis and was written in Southern France in the sixth or seventh centuries. It was used by Schwartz ofr EOMIA (his Codex Corbeiensis or simply C).

Mordek p. 17 n . 72 treated the abbreviated canons on fol. 177v-178v as a separate collection which in the index was listed as Collectio Corbeiensis systematica.
