Admont, Stiftsbibliothek, Cod. 48 is a parchment codex of 316 folios containing a glossed copy of Gratian. It was written in Italy around 1200 (Stelzer) or in the early thirteenth century (Mordek).

The Gratian text begins on fol. 25. Some of the glosses and the Admonter Rechtsbuch fragment were only added at Admont. The first 24 folios are a later addition written at Admont in the early thirteenth century (Stelzer) containing one of two known copies of the Collectio Admontensis (the other being Admont, Stiftsbibliothek, Cod. 43). This collection of pre-Gratian materials in turn contains the Tractatus de sacrilegiis et immunitatibus eorum et compositionibus and excerpts from part B of the Collectio Tripartita.
