Part 5 of Schwabach, Kapitelsbibliothek, 12 is an abbreviatio or perhaps only a table of contents of Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum according to Wambach, Kirchenbibliothek Schwach (1989) p. 35:
- Der Einführung in das "Decretum Gratiani" diente eine Art Inhaltsverzeichnis des Dekrets, z.B. in Band 12/5 und Band 324/3 und 4.
Wambach does not mention any other canon law manuscripts except for Schwabach, Kapitelsbibliothek, 7/4.
Note that as of early 2026, Wambach's catalogue is no longer available via Manuscripta medievalia, while not yet available via HSP.
