Philadelphia, Free Library, Lewis T 158 is a small fragment (one damaged double leave) of a canon law text. This may have been the reason why a "Philadelphia, Free Library, Lewis MS 158" was cited in Bertram's 2014 Signaturenliste. The contents of T 158 remain to be identified, but it does not look like a Liber Extra fragment.
