Philadelphia, Free Library, Lewis MS 158 is listed as a complete copy of the Liber Extra in Martin Bertram's 2014 Signaturenliste.

When the Signaturenliste was transferred to the Clavis Wiki (November 2025), the manuscript cited by Bertram could not be clearly identified in the Free Library's online catalogue. No manuscript has exactely the shelfmark "Lewis MS 158"

The only manuscript whose signature could match Bertram's and which contains canon law is only a fragment, and the description does not indicate whether it is a copy of the Liber Extra: Philadelphia, Free Library, Lewis T 158.
