Königsberg, Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek, 176 (IX) was a Gratian copy; it has been lost since 1945.

275 ff. Size: "12 3/4 x 8 7/8" inches (approximately 32.6 x 22.7 cm). The beginning and end are incomplete and ten leaves (specified in Steffenhagen) were missing already in 1861.
1. f. 1: Johannes de Deo, Breviarium Decretorum.
2. ff.2-275: Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum with the Glossa ordinaria in the updated version of Bartholomaeus Brixiensis. Begins incompletely in D.4 c.3: "//tuuntur non cum institute fuerint...". Ends incompletely in de cons. D.5 c.40: "...eiusdemque nature esse patrem et filium et in patre et in filio est conexus et communio//".
The manuscript was seen by Kuttner and is presumed lost since 1945. Except for the identity of the gloss apparatus, the description above is from Steffenhagen.
