Città del Vaticano, BAV, Ott. lat. 3062 was described as an abbreviation of Gratian by Kuttner. According to Burden, the manuscript contains the introduction In prima parte agitur on fol. 1r-5rb and Decretum texts from the second recension (which he assigned the siglum Vx) on fol. 5rb–62vb which may have served as an appendix to update a first-recension copy of Gratian.
