The manuscript is listed by Mirabile among the Gratian manuscripts (here), but as the folio range "ff. 206r-227v" indicates, it would be an incomplete copy.

However, Mirabile appears to be mistaken. Both Dolezalek in Manuscripta Juridica and the Mynors/Thomson catalogue identify this section as Questiones on the Decretum, rather than a manuscript of the Decretum itself. Mostly written in a swift, flowing, late medieval script, the contents are difficult to decipher; that caveat aside, it does not appear to be a Decretum manuscript.
