Max-Planck-Institut für Rechtsgeschichte und Rechtstheorie (until 2020: Max-Planck-Institut für Europäische Rechtsgeschichte), Ms. 3 is a fragment of the Collectio Tripartita (siglum Fr in the Brett/Nowak edition). It consists of three leaves, much damaged. The recto of the second covers Tripartita B2.18-23, the recto of the third ends with B3.29, c. 32 (Dolezalek, 'Seckels Handschriftenfragmente' 296ff).
