Membr.; 255 ff.; 400 × 270 (280 × 255); Francia (Sens o Parigi); sec. XII4/4 Miniato, decorato e rubricato. Nell'iniziale H (D I) il pontefice e il re reggono in mano le estremità dello stesso cartiglio (la stessa iconografia nei mss. Cambrai, BM, 967 (Ck), Sankt Florian, Stiftsbibliothek, Cod. III 5 (Sf) e Troyes, BM, 103 (Tz).
