Baltimore, Walters Art Gallery, 407 (England?, saec. XIVin) is a copy of Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum currently unaccounted for.

de Ricci, Census 1.825 describes it as follows:

Decretum, cum apparatu Bartholomei Brixiensis. Vel. (early xivth c.), 354 ff. (43x30 cm.). Possibly written in England. 35 miniat. in initials and 4 large illum., initials. Brown stamped mor. by Hagué.

Clearly not identical with Baltimore, Walters Art Gallery, W.135 or W.777 (olim Phillipps 1036), and not listed in the 1989 catalogue, namely not in the concordance B.
