Baltimore, Walters Art Gallery, 407 (England?, saec. XIVin) is a copy of Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum currently unaccounted for.

de Ricci, Census 1.825 describes it as follows:

Decretum, cum apparatu Bartholomei Brixiensis. Vel. (early xivth c.), 354 ff. (43x30 cm.). Possibly written in England. 35 miniat. in initials and 4 large illum., initials. Brown stamped mor. by Hagué.

Clearly not identical with Baltimore, Walters Art Gallery, W.777 (olim Phillipps 1036), and not listed in the 1989 catalogue.
