The manuscript is a copy of Hostiensis' Summa; it is not a copy of Gratian, Concordia discordantium canonum, although it is sometimes cited as such (e.g. Böse / Wittekind, Eingangsminiaturen pp. 20, 22-23, obviously confusing Cod. 2060 with Wien, ÖNB, Cod. 2060*).
