London, British Library, Royal 11.B.II contains Paucapalea's Summa, the Stroma of Rolando Bandinelli, Notabilia, the Collectio Wigorniensis altera on fol. 97r-102, and the Quadripartitus.
Note that Weigand, Glossen zum Dekret p. XXII assigned the siglum Lr to Royal 11.B.II and Burden lists it in his Appendix, but it is not a copy of Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum.
Also note that the online description and digital images provided by the British Library have been lost since the cyber attack of 2023. As of late 2025, the images are not yet online again.
