Connection with CDP
An earlier version of the description stated:
in the 2005 handbook, it was mentioned in passing in the context of 12P which draws on it (though not by name)
I believe the 2005 handbook p. 91 refers to other canonistic material present in the mss. of the Coll. XCVIII capit. but also in Clm 6241 and Clm 6245 (thus, the so called "Freising collecton of canonical matierals", cf. Kéry, Collections p. 185). As I am not sure that the CDP really used the Coll. Authorship
As no part of the text was taken from Linda's handbook and there was no mention of the collection in the handbook and the article was originally created by Christof Rolker, I suggest to change the first author from Linda to Christof. Clemens Radl (talk) 13:46, 17 December 2025 (CET)
