A collection from the first half of the ninth century, drawing on Collectio Dionysio-Hadriana and the Collectio Hispana. The Ballerini dubbed it "Hadriano-Hispanica", Maassen refers to it as "Mit den Concilien der Hispana vermehrte Hadriana" and only mentioned the Vatican copy (Vat. lat. 1338).

Kéry, in contrast, lists four copies:
