Mantova, Biblioteca Comunale Teresiana, 318 (C.II.23), saec. XII 2/2, from Polirone, contains the Collectio Hadriano-Hispanica and Anselm of Lucca, Collectio canonum (A Aucta version) (= "A Ven"). At the beginning, it also contains a very small florilegium related to the reworking of Anselm‘s collection.
