Author Lotte Kéry

Paris, BnF, lat. 1458 is a composite manuscript containing "fragments dating from the ninth to the fourteenth century" (Kéry, Collections p. 85). One fragment contains the same Merovingian councils as the Collectio Bellovacensis; one contains parts of the Capitula Angilramni (saec. IX); fragments of Deusdedit, Collectio canonum (saec. XII; prov. Valence); fragments of the Collectio Lanfranci (saec. XII).

Elliot, Canon Law p. 224 n. 154 and 225 suggested that the manuscript once contained a Quesnelliana, citing e M.M. Woesthuis, ‘A note on two manuscripts of the “Penitentiale Theodori” from the library of De Thou’, Sacris erudiri 34 [1994], 175–84, esp. 181.
