München, Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, Clm 3853 is a manuscript containing a rich collection of canon law, penitential material, and royal capitularies taken from a wide range of sources. The same (?) collection is found in Heiligenkreuz, Stiftsbibliothek, 217 and Paris, BnF, lat. 3878.
The date is controversial (10th or 11th c., perhaps even 11/12th c.?).
On fol. 41r-43v there is a small collection of 12 canons (Collectio XII canonum). Some canons may have been taken from Burchard.
