London, British Library, Royal 11.B.II contains Paucapalea's Summa, the Stroma of Rolando Bandinelli, Notabilia, the Collectio Wigorniensis altera on fol. 97r-102, and the Quadripartitus.
Burden lists the manuscript in his Appendix (siglum: Lr), but it is not a copy of Gratian, Concordia discordantium canonum.
