Wien, ÖNB, Cod. 2192 is a composite manuscript. Part I (fol. 1-106; saec. XII/XIII) contains the Panormia with additions (siglum Wb in Brett's edition). Part II (fol. 107-134; written in 1251 according to the colophon, but perhaps later) contains a Cursus titulorum decretalium.
The Panormia covers fol. 1-104, with the Forged Investiture Privileges at the end of book eight (see Märtl). Brett/Brasington note seven additions on fol. 104v-106v:a letter Eugenius III to Eberhard of Salzburg (JL 9149) on fol. 104v; two letters of Pelagius I on fol. 105r-v (also found in the Admont additions), a forgery attributed to Pope Deusdedit (JE +2003; Admont appendix a 226) on fol. 105v, Innocent I, JK 286, c. 13 on fol. 105v-106r, Zachary JE 2306 on fol. 106r, an excerpt from Jerome on the genealogy of Mary (inc. Sancta Maria mater domini et Maria; not identified) on fol. 106r, and a text with no rubric or inscription on excommunications on fol. 106r-v (inc. Dominus noster Iesus Christus in Evangelio). With this piece, which ends in the very last line of fol. 106v, part I of the manuscript ends.
Gasso/Batlle, Prolegomena, p. XLVIII describe it as a copy of the Collectio Vindobonensis and closely link it to the only other copy of this collection they knew, Wien, ÖNB, Cod. 2153.
