Membr.; 353 ff.; 445 × 290; Francia; sec. XIV (a. 1341: Explicit Decretum per manum Jo. Ortolani, e: Fuit expletum per manum Jo. Ortolani, anno Domini M° CCC°XLI°, et die Va julii). Miniato, decorato e rubricato. Le iniziali miniate sono state asportate.
