Schwabach, Kapitelsbibliothek, 12 contains on fol. 206va-vb an incomplete list of the tituli of the Liber Extra as described in some detail by Wambach, Kirchenbibliothek Schwabach (1990) p. 150. The mansucript has nothing to do with the Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum, even if Wambach, Kirchenbibliothek Schwach (1989) p. 35 seems to suggest otherwise:
- Der Einführung in das "Decretum Gratiani" diente eine Art Inhaltsverzeichnis des Dekrets, z.B. in Band 12/5 und Band 324/3 und 4.
Note that as of early 2026, Wambach's catalogue is no longer available via Manuscripta medievalia, while not yet available via HSP.
