Rheinau, Klosterbibliothek, 133 according to Melnikas vol. 3 pp. 1266 was a copy of Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum.
Note that the Rheinau Abbey was dissolved in 1863 and the books were given to the Zurich Kantonsbibliothek (today Zentralbibliothek) in 1864. The relevant catalogue (Mohlberg) does not list a Gratian copy from Rheinau. However, as already Mordek, Review of Melnikas p. 410 pointed out, the reference may be to Zürich, Zentralbibliothek, Rh. 42, a commentary on Gratian.
