Düsseldorf, ULB, E.3 (siglum D in the MGH edition of Regino) is a codex of 129 folios from Werden written saec. X. It contains only Regino with Appendices A, B, C, D, and F.
Note that there seems to be no published account of the manuscript, only unpublished notes (Handschriftencensus Rheinland) held by the library.
