The manuscript is a copy of Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum; siglum: Ba.
Description
Membr.; 274 ff.; 415 × 260; Italia (Bologna); Francia (dec.); sec. XII ex.-XIIIin. Nota doganale padovana parzialmente erasa. Al f. 269: Ego Gaufridus francigena confiteor me accepisse a iohanne XV l. bon. XI. kl. april. pro quibus obligaui ei decreta mea sine parinismis(?); principio di lettera: Magistro suo C. dicto de Mure Canonico Turicensi Jo. eius Scolaris. Secondo il Catalogo (1906):
«Wie der Briefanfang Bl. 269’ (wenn auch nur Spielerei oder Federprobe) zeigt, war die Handschrift im Besitze eines Schülers des bekannten Züricher Cantors an der Schola Carolina Conradus de Mure, mit Namen Johannes. Sie ist demnach wohl geraume Zeit vor dem Tode Conrads († 1281) geschrieben, denn (wohl der gleiche) Johannes hat sie schon durch Verpfändung von einem Franzosen in Bologna erhalten. Man könnte allenfalls an Johann von Dürbheim denken, 1276 Probst in Zürich (nach J. H, Hottinger, Schola Tigurinorum Carolina. Tig. 1664, hier allerdings Joh. de Wildegg), später Kanzler Albrechts I., 1305 Bischof von Eichstätt und 1306 von Strassburg. † 1328 (vrgl. Chroniken d. deutsch. Städte. Bd. IX: Strassburg. Leipz. 1871 Bd. II, 1058). Auch die leoninischen Hexameter weisen auf den Kreis des Conrad de Mure und dessen gleichartige Schriften hin, wie die Briefanfänge selbst an dessen Summa de arte prosandi (Quellen z. bayer. u. deutsch. Gesch.Bd. IX, 1. München r863 S. 461 f.) erinnern».
