The manuscript is a copy of Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum; siglum: Hk.
Description
Membr.; 300 ff.; 358 × 224 (275 × 137); Francia (sud, in area pirenaica?); sec. XII ex. Il testo si apre con una insolita iniziale. In luogo dell’imperatore e del papa è raffigurato un capricorno, munito di zampe con artigli e la testa di un caprone con lunghe corna e barbetta: una sorta di demonio, dunque, dove altrove sono rappresentati la Chiesa e l’Impero. Considerata l’iniziale non è improbabile che il codice sia stato realizzato in ambiente cataro. Poss. Albertus de Tyrolo (sec. XIV).
