Rheinau, Klosterbibliothek, 133 according to Melnikas vol. 3 pp. 1266 was a copy of Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum.
Note that the Rheinau Abbey was dissolved in 1863 and the book given to the Zurich Kantonsbibliothek (today Zentralbibliothek) in 1864. As the relevant catalogue (Mohlberg, Mittelalterliche Handschriften (1952) does not contain a Gratian copy from Rheinau, the manuscript must be presumed lost.
