The Tractatus de sacrilegiis et immunitatibus et eorum compositionibus is a canon law treatise composed in or before the eleventh century perhaps in Southern Germany. Kéry, Collections pp. 194-196 lists 27 extant manuscripts, mostly from southern Germany saec. XII. Mordek, Bibliotheca capitularium p. 1035 describes its content as follows:
