Wolfenbüttel, HAB, Cod. Guelf. 83.21 Aug. 2° (siglum W2 in the MGH edition of Regino) contains the Admonitio synodalis, two synodal orders, Regino's Libri duo with Appendices A, B, C, and H, the letter of Gebhard (studied by Lotter; see pp. 108-128 for an edition), and other tenth-century material.
Note that the HSP has an entry for the manuscript but (as of late 2025) does not provide any meaningful information or a link to the catalogue.
