Roma, Biblioteca Casanatense, 1105 is a copy of Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum according to Melnikas, Corpus, but see also Mordek, Review of Melnikas p. 410 who does not count it as a Gratian copy. According to the online descriptoin, it contains a Summa but not the Decretum Gratiani.
