Mantova, Biblioteca Comunale Teresiana, C.II.23 (318) (from Polirone) is one of the two known copies of the A Aucta version. On fol. 2r–3v it contains a very small florilegium of canon law material (PM). It is possible that a slightly different (earlier) version of this florilegium circulated alongside the A version of Anselm's collection without actually being part of it. It may also be that the florilegium was used to produce a lost subversion of the A version. In any case, some of the material found in the Mantua florilegium reappears in the A Aucta and B versions of Anselm, and several manuscripts of versions of Anselm's collection contain similar material. Canon 12 of the florilegium is found in version B and nowhere else.
