Contains the Collectio Hibernensis (form B) plus additions, Pseudoisidore (A2 version), and miscellaneous materials (Gregory I, Innocent III, Excerpta Bobiensia).
Note that ARCA and Manus cite it as "Sez. XVI n.12"), while the Cologne Leges project refers to it as „40“; both Kéry, Collections pp. 73, 102, 162 and Flechner note it has no shelfmark („sine numero“). Gavinelli in addition to the shelfmark provides an inventory number („476“) and notes that the codex ic cited under diverse shelfmarks.
