Grenoble, BM, 16 Rés. (CGM 473) contains a version of the False Decretals with various additions and interpolations according to the CGM, including the Capitula Angilramni (Schon, Capitula Angilramni p. 28), a small collection of Leo's letters (on which see Hoskin, Letters p. 335), and nine letters of Gregory the Great.
Mirabile, apparently based on the provenance, tentatively assumes the codex was written at La Grande Chartreuse. Kéry, Collections p. 101 suggests a French origin on palaeographical grounds.
