Erfurt, Stadt- und Regionalbibliothek, Ampl. 2° 74 is a fragment (one folio) of a sixth-century copy of the Collectio Dionysiana I; in the ninth century, it was used as fly-leaf in a manuscript from Western Germany.
The fragment seems not be digitised as of earl 2025 (only the codex it served as a fly-leaf in, see HSP).
