Erfurt, Stadt- und Regionalbibliothek, Ampl. 2° 74 is a fragment (one folio) of a sixth-century copy of the Collectio Dionysiana I; in the ninth century, it was used as fly-leaf in a manuscript from Western Germany, Erfurt, Universitätsbibliothek Erfurt, Dep. Erf., CA 2° 74 (see HSP). The old catalogue (Schum 1887) describes the fragment as follows:
Vorbl. mit can. LXII--LXX (!!) concilii Gangrensis in Unciale des 6. Jh. früher herausgelöst u. gesondert aufbewahrt;
The fragment seems not be digitised as of early 2025 (only the codex it served as a fly-leaf in, see HSP).
