Milano, Archivio Capitolare, M.57 is a copy of Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum (siglum: Ms).
This may in fact be Milano, Archivio Capitolare, M.54. Early mentions, noted below, give no shelfmark. The earliest use of M.57 appears to be in Walther Holtzmann's notes on the Ambrosiana collection; however, Ferrari's 1997 article and subsequent discussions with the Archive all use the shelfmark M.54, with the former noting that the manuscript now known as M.57 dates to much later.
