Würzburg, Universitätsbibliothek, M.p.misc.f. 3 is counted as a witness of the Collectio Dionysio-Hadriana. The manuscript is actually a copy of Cicero (saec. XI2/3), but the bindings contain a fragment saec. VIII-IX which Kéry, Collections p. 18 lists it among the "Fragments from the Dionysiana or the Hadriana (according to Mordek)" together with other Würzburg manuscripts:

Würzburg, Universitätsbibliothek, M.p.th.f. 38 and 5 and 13 and 37 and 60 and M.p.th.q. 2 and M.p.misc.f. 3 and 5a, saec. VIII-IX, in Anglo-Saxon minuscule, probably written on the Continent; CLA 9, no. 1401, 46 and 68

The fragment M.p.misc.f. 3 is not to be confused with Würzburg, Universitätsbibliothek, M.p.th.f. 3, a ninth-century copy of the Dionysiana.
