Würzburg, Universitätsbibliothek, M.p.j.f. 3 is a codex of 254 folios (Italy, saec. XIII/XIV) containing mainly Roman law, namely Justinian's Authenticum (fol. 2r-111v), the Institutiones (fol. 112r-181r), Libri feudorum (fol. 181v-205v), books 10-12 of the Justinian Code (fol. 206v-250v), and canon law fragments (fol. 251 and 252). It is not a copy of Gratian.
