Lincoln, Cathedral Library, MS 4 is a complete copy of the Registrum Gregorii. The 1989 catalogue describes it as follows: 216 parchment leaves, 380 x 255 mm, written in two columns of 39 lines; the collation formula is: a singleton, 1-268, 278 (8 canc.). English expert hand. Given to Lincoln cathedral by Bishop Robert de Chesney (1148-1166).
