Płock, Biblioteka Seminarium Duchownego, 1 fol. 67 is a fragment of a Panormia (Prologue).

Vetulani (1963) 414-415 described this which was then Cathedral (Biblioteka Katedralna) ms. 44. He also reported at p. 416 fragments of another Panormia in ms 47, now lost.
