Berlin, SBPK, lat. fol. 306 is a composite manuscript of two parts (both fragments) apparently united early on; part one (fol. 1-13) contains the Collectio Berolinensis II (siglum: 2 Berol); part two (fol. 14-63) is a large fragment of the Compilatio prima.
Note that Rose describes only the second part which apparently was not yet united with the first one in 1903.
