Prato, Biblioteca Roncioniana, Q.VIII.4 (3) is a copy of Burchard with Lateran II decrees added on fol. 177ra-178rb according to Manus. Jasper notes a great similarity to Pistoia, Archivio Capitolare del Duomo, C.125. According to Mirabile, the Q.VIII.4 (3) was written at Pistaoia saec. XIIin.
Note that Manus erroneously cites this manuscript as "Q.II.52 (108)".
There are only two images of this codex online: fol. 1r (beginning of preface) and fol. 82r (with arbor consanguinitatis)
