Prato, Biblioteca Roncioniana, Q.VIII.4 (3) is a copy of Burchard with Lateran II decrees added on fol. 177ra-178rb according to Manus. Jasper notes a great similarity to Pistoia, Archivio Capitolare del Duomo, C.125.
Note that Manus erroneously cites this manuscript as "Q.II.52 (108)".
