Merseburg, Bibliothek des Domstifts, 100 (probably destroyed in WWII, definitely missing since 1957) contained a copy of the Collectio Dacheriana and the Appendix Dacherianae Mettensis (just like Metz, BM, 236, destroyed in 1944). According to in Bischoff, it was written in Reims saec. IX3/4 and IX4/4.

There is a summary description by Walther Holtzmann, and 28 photos of it are in Bischoff's papers at the MGH.
