Chartres, BM, 193 (172) contains the fragments of what was once Chartres, BM, 193. This codex, almost completey destroyed in 1944, cointained a [[Collectio canonum in Chartres, BM, 193 (172)|canon law collection only known from this manuscrip]. The fragments have been digitized by the IRHT. Sixty-four of them contain at least a few lines of legible text.

The canon law materials have been described as excerpts from [[Benedictus Levita, Collectio capitularium|Benedictus Levita] and the [[Pseudoisidore, False Decretals|False Decretal] (Kéry, Collections p. 106 and 120). However, the manuscript contains much more materials (including some Roman law) which overlaps with Ivo's Decretum (Rolker, Age of Reforms, pp. 346-349).
