London, British Library, Arundel 435 is a canon law manuscript but not a copy of Gratian as Melnikas, Corpus vol. 3 p. 1264; see Mordek, Review of Melnikas p. 410. The manuscript has been cited as evidence for a pecia system at the university of Oxford. In this context, Parkes gave a short account of the contents of Arundel 435, confirming that it was not a Gratian copy:
- The works on canon law are a copy of Petrus de Salinis and of Bartholomaeus Brixiensis on the Decretum, of Bartholomaeus Brixiensis, Summula, and of Durandus, Repertorium, all preserved in BL Arundel MS [...]
