Wien, ÖNB, Cod. 2147 is a copy of the Collectio Quesnelliana with later additions.
Description
The codex of 230 folios was written in long lines by several hands, around 800 "presumably in the Lorsch area" (CLA). According to Elliot, Canon Law p. 122 it comes from the same scriptorium as Wien, ÖNB, Cod. 2141. Loew highlighted a "strong Insular influence".

Hoskins discusses the second and the third addition and points out possible influence of the Hispana decretals via Pseudoisidore A1.
