The Collectio Bobbiensis is preserved in a single manuscript: Milano, Biblioteca Ambrosiana, C. 238 inf. It contains letters from Popes Gregory (590-604) and Leo (440-461). Norberg refers to it as e1 in the CCSL-edition of Gregory's letters, the MGH refer to it as ρ1.
