Milano, Biblioteca Ambrosiana, C. 238 inf. (saec. X according to Ewald and Norberg, but saec. IX according to mirabile.it) contains the second half of the Registrum Gregorii (siglum ρ1 in Ewald, e1 in Norberg) and the sole copy of the Collectio Bobbiensis of letters of Leo I. According to Ewald, Studien p. 459 the letters of Leo are on a separate codicological unit.
The fly leaves contain fragments of a copy of De civitate Dei (saec. V/VI).
