Torino, Biblioteca Nazionale Universitaria, E.V.44

From Clavis Canonum
Revision as of 21:55, 14 April 2023 by Christof Rolker (talk | contribs) (Text replacement - "Category:Manuscript" to "* Manuscript Category:Manuscript")

Only known copy of the Collectio canonum in Torino, BNU, E. V. 44, fol. 71v–86v . Julius von Pflugk-Harttung and others treated the canon law content of the whole manuscript as one work and called it the "Turiner Sammlung" or Collectio Taurinensis.

Erroneously referred to as "E.V.33" in the MSS index of the 2005 Clavis handbook.

von Pflugk-Harttung called it "E. 44".

It was no CMIII in the Pasini catalogue (digitized here) and no 783 in the 1922 Consentini catalogue (digitized here). Hence, Perels quoted it as Taurinensis 903; Beulertz p. 53 refers to it as "903 (früher E V 44)",
